Description of problem:
In 7.14.5.1. Configuring the default CPU model we update the defaultCPUModel in the HCO but don't mention this requires a restart of all  the vms to pick up the change. This is a doc bug to update 7.14.5.1 (and all future and previous versions) to let customers know this change requires rebooting VMs. I've updated the related KCS to reflect this but would like to see this added into the official documentation.
