Polarion test result reporting is no longer used. Remove Polarion upload/reporting from contra/cnv and contra/cnv-qe-automation while keeping: cnv-tests tox gates (verify-tc-requirement-polarion, mark-automated-polarion) and pylero credentials; polarion-testcase-id for ReportPortal traceability.
