Onboard a new component: kubevirt-redfish which is a new container image to be release to Red hat's catalog starting from OCP 4.22.

• Onboard the component via OCP virt configuration layer
• Update the component via the konflux-builds midstream

We are currently working on moving kubevirt-redfish under https://github.com/kubevirt see https://github.com/kubevirt/enhancements/pull/177 , but we can start with https://github.com/v1k0d3n/kubevirt-redfish as the u/s until its moved to Kubevirt repository.
