Remove reference to discontinued checkups

      Description of problem:

      The DPDK checkup was discontinued in v4.20 [1], but is still mentioned in the Monitoring overview section [2].

Additionally, a reference to the unreleased and discontinued real-time checkup exists in a comment, please consider removing it.
