      Description of problem:

      RHEL 10 VM templates is missing from Openshift Virtualization Template Catalog.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV 4.20, CNV 4.21

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. From Openshift console Go to ==> Virtualizaton ==> Catalog ==> Template Catalog
2. Look for RHEL 10 Template, its missing

      Actual results:

      RHEL 10 template is missing

      Expected results:

      RHEL 10 template should be available.

      Additional info:

      RHEL 10 boot Source and preference is available, however the template is missing.
