      Expandable sections on Overview page can be scrolled out of the view - when they are not expanded.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Virtualization -> Overview page
2. Put mouse onto "Alerts" or "VirtualMachine statuses" card and scroll down

      Actual results:

      Card scrolls away

      Expected results:

      Card is not scrollable
