[ACM] Switching VMs in tree view when in YAML tab of VM details doesn't reload yaml

      Description of problem:

      Switching VMs in tree view when in YAML tab of VM details doesn't reload yaml immediately. Instead an info alert is shown to reload the object.

      4.22

      How reproducible:

      sometimes on ACM

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open VM details
2. Go to YAML tab
3. Switch to a VM on a managed cluster

      Actual results:

      YAML is for the previous VM and the info alert displays

      Expected results:

      YAML is for the new VM and no info alert with reload is needed
