Lightspeed Trouble/"Learn more" button query not submitted if drawer is open

      Description of problem:

      If the lightspeed drawer is already open when the Troubleshoot/"Learn more" button is clicked context items are added to the drawer, but the query is not submitted.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the VirtualMachines page
2. Click the Lightspeed button to open the drawer
3. Click on the status of a VM and then click the Troubleshoot or "Learn more" button

      Actual results:

      The context items are added, but no query is submitted

      Expected results:

      The context items are added and the query is submitted.
