VMI link in VM page is not working

      Description of problem:

      On the VM page we have a link to the VMI.
      
      It is not working as expected in 4.20 cnv.engineering cluster, but works in the bleeding cluster(main branch).

      1.go to administrator vm list
      2.go in a running VM details page
      3.click on the VMI link
