VMware had feature that you can update guest tools from VMware console itself, you do not need to VNC into VM and do update.

We are requesting a similar feature to be added to OpenShift. 

Currently the potential options are via the Windows Update Service from within the VM or via attaching the updated disk and running some script that triggers the drivers update. 

It would be great to have this option from the UI or via command line to do this in the background similar to what VMWare offered.
