handle qcow2 overlay on RWO backendstorage. Need to recreate the qcow2 file to enable libvirt to migrate the bitmaps from the original qcow2 overlay to the new one.
During migration we are creating a new libvirt instance in the the new pod the target node. Need to redefine the checkpoints from before the migration.
