While trying to run the self validation suite on 4.99, it was found that:

registry.redhat.io/container-native-virtualization/ocp-virt-validation-checkup-rhel9

is missing, and is currently blocking us from running the self validation suite.

Tried using different version, but we get manifest related issues.
