Virtualization Migrations interface becomes unresponsive as the number of migrations increases

4.21.0.rhel9-146

reproduced on current cluster

1. Install OCP/ODF/CNV
2. Continually migrate VMs am currently up to nearly 10k total migrations (including completed)
3. Try to use Virtualization->Migrations UI interface

Browser CPU usage pegs and the interface is unresponsive

Responsive regardless of number of VirtualMachineInstanceMigration resources existing on the cluster (running or completed)

Browser tab must be closed and re-opened
Using IceCat(Firefox) 140.7
Current number of running/pending migrations is not relevant.

Current mitigation would be to manually delete completed VMIM resources.
