      Description of problem:

Incorrect Disk Size Applied When Creating VM using Instance Type and Bootable Volume Sourced from Volume Snapshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.18.27, 4.19.21

      How reproducible:

      100 %

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a Snapshot from VM.

      2. Create a bootable Volume. Go to "Bootable Volumes" --> Add Volume —> With Form —> Source Type “Volume Snapshot” —> Select the Volume Snapshot name recently created —> Adjust the disk size as the Original VM disk --> Save

      3. Create New VM from Instance Type —> Under Select Volume to boot from —> Select the New Bootable Volume from list —> The disk size is take correctly under “VirtualMachine detail”. However when we create VM it changes back to 30GB.

      Actual results:

Disk size not honoured and it changes back to 30GiB after the VM is created.

      Expected results:

Disk Size should be retained as it is on the Bootable volume selected
