https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-43771 raised the limitation that 2 NADs (or more) cannot reference the same localnet bridge mapping. According to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7078377, the virt-launcher pod fails to start, which means the VMI can't start.
We need to add a test that verifies that attempting to create a VM with 2 secondary interfaces (i.e. 2 NADs) that are mapped to the same localnet mapping ends with VMI failing to start.
