In a recent meeting we discussed converting the schedule into yaml and generate the md from that.

This would enable us to generate a daily periodic that would send i.e reminder emails to kubevirt-ci-maintainers@redhat.com to adhere the schedule.

At first we would create periodic job to send reminder emails to firstly sig-ci maintainers list kubevirt-ci-maintainers@redhat.com, later on kubevirt-dev
