      Description of problem:

      The option to migrate storage/ disks of a VM to different storage class was available in 4.19 which is not visible in 4.20

      4.20

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create and run a VM in CNV 4.20
2. Try to migrate the VM disk
3. Virtual Machine --> Actions --> Migration --> Storage

      Actual results:

      Storage Migration is not available

      Expected results:

      Storage migration should be available to move the VM disk.
