The "Make this network available for all projects" option described in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ba2dg2xQSqvTpII4S62QA-N9xT4HlOyVzo9ck4EKxyk/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.jv8h4b8kgutc is missing in the Create virtual network dialog.

I can only select specific namespaces, or set a label selector

I should be also able to set "Make this network available for all projects", which would configure network with namespace selector for the "default" namespace
