Acceptance criteria:

• For FS -> Block and Block -> FS clone tests, use fedora image from quay instead of Artifactory in smoke tests:
  • test_clone_from_fs_to_block_using_dv_template
    test_clone_from_block_to_fs_using_dv_template

This effort is also needed to allow running smoke in konflux where there's no connection to the artifactory. To verify please also run

`-m smoke --disabled-bitwarden`
