Default to Open vSwitch SLB aggregation mode for bond uplinks

      Description of problem:

      If the 'Bonding interface' uplink option is selected in the node network configuration wizard the aggregation mode field should default to the balance-slb option.

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Node network configuration screen
2. Click the Create button and then "From Form"
3. Click through to the "Uplink connection" step
4. Select the 'Bonding interface' radio button

      Actual results:

      The 'Aggregation mode' isn't populated

      Expected results:

      The 'Aggregation mode' field is set to the 'Open vSwitch SLB' option
