      This PR is trying to sync downstram capk with upstream: https://github.com/openshift/cluster-api-provider-kubevirt/pull/338

      The ci/prow/e2e-hypershift-kubevirt test lane is constantly fails, because the kubevirt-cloud-controller-manager pod is restarted once or twice during the test, while the hypershift e2e test does not allow pods to be restarted.
