• Getting a multiarch (AWS) cluster is very unpredictable. Deployment job worked for me after 3 days. Blocks my testing and stp creation.

• Sometimes cluster deployment takes more than 3 hours also and later it failed. 

This could badly impact testing of multi arch testing
