Description of problem:
When CUDN details page is opened, ClusterUserDefinedNetworks breadcrumb should point to UserDefinedNetworks page. It points to similar page, but with different url: "/k8s/cluster/k8s.ovn.org~v1~ClusterUserDefinedNetwork". Clicking it navigates to the page without Project selector
