KMP is not supposed to be enforced on the VM's masquerade interface.
The rationale is that this interface is used only for internal communication with the pod, and there's no need to waste managed MAC addresses on it. Furthermore, when this will be fixed in kubevirt and KMP will stop enforcing it, the solution might be assigning a constant, unified MAC address to all masquerade interfaces, as there is no nede to handle MAC conflicts in this case.
We shold remove all the tests in tier-2 that are testing masquerade and/or apply KMP range on it.
