As part of cnv automation code freeze PoC (while taking the hackthon into account), we are going to branch the tests repo on Thursday.

Any new code would need to go to `main` (4.22) and exceptions can make it to 4.21 branch.

We cannot have new code that may affect the tests 3 weeks before the release.

I still havne't received a complete list from the teams about automation that should go into 4.21 and did not make it.
