Description of problem:
I'm unable to monitor when/if/how CNV is enabling/disabling ksm, because there are no logs and no events around handler's KSM management.

1. Create memory load of > 80% 2. Check the logs 3.
Actual results:
No indication that KSM was turned on
Expected results:
Some logs and events that tell the admin that and how KSM was turned on, or when it was changed.
