In VirtualMachines Summary - the Usage card doesn't reflect filters

1. Go to VirtualMachines page
2. Apply filters - e.g. by Operating system
3. See the summary hasn't changed

The only reflected filters are Cluster and Project

We have 2 options how to solve this:

  a) Hide the usage metrics, show a message like "To see usage, clear the filters"
  b) Count the usage metrics from individual VMIs (find out if it is doable)
