Since this will be an entirely new configuration, any upgrade will not be affected. It will not work differently for computer/storage live migrations. And if CCLM was enabled and working already, there will need to be some network configuration changed to make the new configuration work. Any running existing live migrations should be allowed to complete (or cancelled) before modifying the configuration.
