User can select used NIC for a new network and break the cluster

      Description of problem:

      The "Node network configuration" dialog allows user to select a NIC used by the default cluster network. Create a network on this would break the cluster.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to "Node network configuration"
2. Click create
3. Select all nodes on page 2
4. Click "A single interface" on page 3

      Actual results:

      The dropdown offers a NIC that is used by the cluster's default network, attached to br-ex

      Expected results:

      It shows only unused NICs
