Description of problem:
The NAD dialog type dropdown shows localnet as deprecated, pointing at the new UI. That is causing confusion. Remove the "deprecated" label for now.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go the the Create NAD dialog 2. Open the type dropdown
Actual results:
It marks localnet as deprecated and points the user at a new VM network UI
Expected results:
The deprecation note and the explanation should be removed for now. The VM network UI is not available yet. Once it is available, we should chose a more careful wording to motivate the user to use the new VM network UI, but don't make it seem like the NAD localnet option is going away.
