A follow-up for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-74443:

1) re-check if `dhcp-client` is necessary to install in net-tools image
2) anti_affinity_namespaces parameter refinement (https://github.com/RedHatQE/openshift-virtualization-tests/pull/3132#discussion_r2645790587)
3) consider renaming ExternalFrrPodInfo -> ExternalFRR or use pod metadata to passthrough IP data.
4) consider parsing /var/lib/dhclient/dhclient.leases in _acquire_dhcp_ipv4 helper.
