Whenever project is selected in Checkups page, the page switches to "Network latency" tab, see screencast

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to Checkups page, switch to Storage or Self validation tab 2. select project in Project selector 3.
Actual results:
The page switches to "Network latency" tab
Expected results:
no tab switching
