[ACM] "Open console" does not work for VM in managed cluster

      Description of problem:

      The "Open console" link is like :https://console-openshift-console.apps.uit-421-dev.rhos-psi.cnv-qe.rhood.us/k8s/cluster/uit-421-0107/ns/default/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/centos-stream10-pink-raccoon-34/console/standalone.

The link leads to "404: page not found" .
