Description of problem:
Could not resize VM disk because the size is wrong in editing disk modal when the storageclass is HPP

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a VM with storageclass HPP 2.edit the rootdisk 3.try to edit the disk size
Actual results:
the disk size is 30 on ttorage tab, but get 329 in edit modal set the size to 40 is not possible
