Migration Plan goes into a suspend state after storage migration completion.

MTV version 2.9.4 and MTC version 1.8.11

      How reproducible:

      Every time.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      

1.  Create a VM with at least one disk and wait for it to get to the Running state
2. With the VM running, go to Actions > Migration > Storage to start a live storage migration
3. Select all disks available for migration, then select a different storage class as the target (previously set up)
4. Start the migration and wait for it to be completed

      Actual results:

      
Migration appears to complete successfully but the MigPlan goes into a suspend state and no further migrations can be done until the MigPlan is deleted.

      Expected results:

      
MigPlan should not go into a suspend state.
