In order to be able to hot-add labels to a running virt-launcher when the corresponding VM's labels are updated, we need to add labels to the VMRolloutStrategy concept.

There might be more required to actually update a virt-launcher pod as the VMRolloutStrategy will update the VMI's labels only. (e.g. migrate the VM).
