Automation mistakenly de-quarantined a test that should remain quarantined, causing a gating failure

      For an unknown reason, the automation removed a test from quarantine even though it should have remained quarantined.
      As a result, the test was executed in gating and caused a gating failure.

      This appears to be an issue with the quarantine automation logic and requires investigation to understand why the test was de-quarantined and how to prevent this from happening again.
