QE Automation fix/missing: [UI] Created VMS doesn't have arch tag near their name

      Description of problem:

      According to https://docs.google.com/document/d/18UKIXiAlyLTABQZdvDD5N85A6uM2CdBbif4eN1dVj-0/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.d1zrnk6x6dh6, When creating a VM the arch should appear next to its name. It not happening both when created  instancetype/templates

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. set enableMultiArchBootImageImport:true in HCO
2. Create VM using the UI, for example fedora.
3. The arch doesn't appear next to its name.

      The arch doesn't appear next to its name.

      Should appear
