      Goal

      When two virtual machines (VMs) are configured to use SCSI passthrough to the same shared disk and are placed on the same host, OCP-V should either refuse to schedule or issue a warning.

      Then user would then have two options: either confirm they will not send Persistent Reservations commands, allowing safe disk sharing, or follow the advice to ensure the VMs are scheduled on separate nodes.
