The kubevirt-Plugin in v4.99 and v4.21 needs to be built using node22, the base image that is used is:
registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/rhacm2-yarn-builder:v2.10.0_20-80
This image is from the ACM program, and it's deprecated and not maintained anymore in CPaaS, and will stop getting updates soon.

as we dont have direct yarn built images, the U/S should move to using npm packages so we can use standard images
