OCP 4.20.6: The kubevirt-conformance network conformance test suite will error out without leaving any results file around in plugins/kubevirt-conformance/results/global. Instead it leaves an error.json file behind in plugins/kubevirt-conformance/errors/global/error.json. 

This is occurring for mulitple partners who are attempting to certify their CNI plug-ins. 

It also occurs on my SNO cluster using the default networking.

    Container errors out with an error.json file.

    Container will run the tests and leave a results.json file.
