SR-IOV interface names changed in VMs when upgrading from 4.19 to 4.20

      Description of problem:

      We had 9 virtual machines each with 2 SR-IOV interfaces configured running on 5 bare metal cluster worker nodes on Openshift Virt 4.19. When running the VMs on 4.19 the VM interfaces names were enp7s0 and enp8s0. During/after upgrade of Openshift Virtualization to 4.20, the SR-IOV inteface names in the VMs changed to enp13s0 and enp14s0 on all 9 VMs

      Only upgraded once

      Only upgraded one cluster
