      Description of problem:

When performing interface hot-plug to a VM, the action might fail for several reasons, for example - if the migration, which is executed automatically in the background, fails.
The user, from their side, is only supposed to perform the hot-plug action (by patching the new interface and network in the VM manifest) and wait, while not being aware of the background migration or any other activity.
There should be a entry in the `VMI.status`that reflects the hot-plug procedure - its current status, whether it failed, why it failed, etc.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV v4.20.z, v4.21.0

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a bridge interface on the cluster nodes.
      2. Create a Net-attach-def resource.
      3. Hot-plug new interface to the VM.

      Actual results:

No status entry in the VMI that reflects the hot-plug.

      Expected results:

The hot-plug flow should be reflected somehow in the VMI status, until it ends.
