Description of problem:
Unable to change the vCPU of VM in edit options. This is observed only for the VMs which were migrated from VMWare to OCV. Workaround is to change the cores.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Migrate VM from VMWare to OCV using MTV. 2. Run the VM. 3. Edit the VM vCPU. Unable to enter value or clicking + would not reflect any number.
Actual results:
No increase/ change in vCPU of VM.
Expected results:
Change vCPU of VM.
