[v4.18.z] Kernel panic after VM migrated from AMD to Intel

      Description of problem:

      After live migration of a VM, some VMs experience a kernel panic within 9-15 minutes of the live migration. 

Customer stated this started after an upgrade of to OCP 4.18 and wasn't happening previously

This happens a small percentage of the time, but has been seen on multiple guest os types including RHEL 8 and Alma 9.  Has happened to the same VM multiple times. 

Will focus on RHEL 8

      OCP 4.18.26
CNV 4.18.17

      How reproducible:

      Live migrate a VM.  Wait 9-15 minutes and VM may crash.  Note this is seen a small percentage of the time so it's not fully reproducible
