      No CPU and Network metrics in VM table view

      4.19, 4,20

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install OCP 4.20 and CNV 4.20
2. Create VM and keep VM running
3. Visit VM table view, add memory, CPU, network columns
4. You will find there's no CPU, netowrk metrics, maybe sometimes there's CPU and network metrics, but it's not stable
