Description of problem:
Note You can hot plug up to three times the default initial number of vCPU sockets of the VM.
The phrase "hot plug up to three times the default initial number" is confusing. We got feedback that it's unclear if this means we can add three times more (making the final amount 4 times) or if the maximum total is three times the original amount. It would be helpful to explicitly state that users can add three times the initial amount, and that the final total will be four times the original number.
