QE Automation fix/missing: VM with the volume cloned from another project can't start

      Description of problem:

      When a VM is created in one project it can't have a disk which is clone of a volume from another project

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV-v4.21.0.rhel9-33

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a test PVC in project A
2. Start customized VM creation in project B
3. In Storage tab Add disk -> Clone volume
4. Select project A as PVC source, select test PVC, click "Save"
5. Create VM

      Actual results:

      VM is stuck in "WaitingForVolumeBinding" or "DataVolumeError" state

      Expected results:

      VM starts

      Additional info:

      The same is when using PVC from another project
