In order to support migration of VMs into GCP, we need to support routed connectivity.

A way of achieving that may be integrating with router appliance https://docs.cloud.google.com/network-connectivity/docs/network-connectivity-center/concepts/ra-overview.

To PoC this integration we need access to CNV on GCP cluster with GCP admin privileges.
