Description of problem:
With minimumSupportedPvcSize set to a value in storage profile, PVC creation using 'virtctl memory-dump --create-claim' fails.

1. Create memorydump with auto PVC creation using 'virtctl memory-dump --create-claim'
Actual results:
auto PVC creation that is part of memory-dump fails
Expected results:
PVC creation should be successful
